Issued in a standard clear jewel case (clear disc tray without CD logos) with a hype sticker & one barcode sticker stuck to both sides of the jewel case. No CD-TEXT like all UMG CDs of this era, but there are ISRCs on the CD itself. Labeled "CD 4" on Playboi Carti's webstore.

There are some differences on this CD (and vinyl) compared to the standard album due to being an early master:

Track 1: this is an earlier mix than the version that's been updated in July 2025 for DSPs. Also, the outro has been cut.
Track 4: after the "Popular" vocal sample, this is the original version that debuted in 2024; there is no added gunshot to the start.
Track 14: the empty verse where Future mumbles has been removed, for a smooth transition from Future's Verse 1 to Carti's Verse 2.
Track 18: a slightly longer intro with a F1LTHY production tag is present at the start of the song, however the beat doesn't sound different to the final version without his tag. It also lacks some adlibs of the final version.
Track 20: this is an earlier mix than the version that's been updated in July 2025 for DSPs.
Track 28: this is the original version that debuted in 2023 with no tweaks: no removed lines, and no snares at the start.
Track 29: this contains two extra hooks, making it longer. It also doesn't have the snares of the final version.
